Neal Horrell has been involved in finance for over 35 years and his positions have ranged from an options dealer in precious metals and foreign exchange to Chief Risk Officer at an energy clearinghouse. Most recently he has the consultancy Harbros which provided advice and quantitative models for institutions including Bear Stearns, Edison Mission, Prebon Yamane among others. Additionally he is a Professor since 1987 teaching finance, economics and statistics .
He has a Ph.D. from New York University Stern School of Business in finance and operations research. An MBA in finance from Long Island University and a BS in biochemistry from SUNY Stony Brook
